But now, with the vaccination programme running ahead of schedule and restrictions being eased, we would hope to see an increase in demand as things begin to level out.

Naturally, the rollout of the vaccine has far-reaching consequences for businesses, presenting numerous workforce and health and safety implications that you will have never needed to consider before. This is largely unchartered territory, and people leaders will need to know how to respond to a multitude of difficult employee dilemmas.

This is not an easy task. Mass coverage in the press and misinformation circulating on social media has fuelled fear and concern among workers. To help you take the correct approach to vaccination, we’re hosting a live Q&A exclusively for the Manufacturing sector, where our experts will attempt to provide clarity and confidence around employers’ common queries.
