Tune in live: Thursday 4th June
11:00 - 11:30

With the Prime Minister recently announcing that  all non-essential retailers will be able to reopen in England from 15 June, our Director of Legal Services, James Tamm, and Director of Health & Safety Services, Nick Wilson, will be dissecting all of the major talking points and exploring how businesses in the Retail sector can prepare for a safe and smooth transition to the “new norm”.

The pair will be addressing the potential employment ramifications of a return to work, including workforce planning, staff absence, test and track guidance and furlough, and explaining how you can ensure health and safety due diligence, covering practical control measures, risk assessments and your legal obligations.

James and Nick will be joined by BIRA CEO Andrew Goodacre, who will be offering industry-leading insight on preparing to open, retailing post-COVID-19, and what we can learn from Europe.

With retailers likely to come under the microscope over the coming weeks and months, this 30-minute session aims to keep you abreast of the latest government guidance, avoid costly mistakes, and minimise any delays to getting your business back on track.

Due to the high relevance of these webinars for businesses, our virtual training sessions have been regularly oversubscribed and we tend to receive hundreds of questions. Please rest assured that even if we don’t have time to answer your question during the Q&A, we will respond to you personally afterwards.
