Get up to date with the latest Employment Law and HR updates impacting the Education sector to get to grips with the legal process you need to follow.
Join us at our FREE breakfast seminars to gain a better understanding of how recent case law and legal developments will affect your school.
The topics discussed will expand on some of the challenges raised in our recent video series, plus we’ll be exploring the surprising outcomes of some recent Tribunal claims and what practical steps you can take to mitigate similar risks.
The training will be delivered by Ellis Whittam’s Head of Employment Law Education Team, Jane Hallas, and Enlightened HR’s Executive Director, Justin Wilson. Jane and Justin have an abundance of first-hand experience in the Education sector, having both previously held senior leadership posts in schools. Their backgrounds, combined with their extensive time served supporting large MATs and single Academies with all elements of employment law and HR, ensure they understand the day-to-day challenges you face. This training aims to provide straightforward advice on complex and time-consuming legal and HR matters, demonstrating exactly what process schools are expected to follow.
