IOSH Safety for Directors & Executives (London)

IOSH Safety for Directors & Executives (London) 6th December

IOSH Safety for Executives & Directors (formerly known as IOSH Directing Safely) is a one day course for business owners or those with senior management and director level responsibility.

Employers have a legal responsibility for the wellbeing of their employees and anyone affected by their organisation’s activities. Attending this course is an excellent demonstration of that commitment.

The training is taking place at Premier Inn London Euston, 1 Duke’s Road, London, WC1H 9PJ.

What Will I Learn?

Delegates who complete this course will develop an improved understanding of the moral, legal and business case for adopting a proactive approach to Health & Safety and will learn essential skills in effective risk management. The course includes:

  • Identifying legal responsibilities.
  • Strategy and the development of management systems.
  • Policy arrangements for delegating Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Monitoring Health & Safety at board level.
  • Understanding external influences.
  • You can download the IOSH Safety for Executives & Directors syllabus here.

Many delegates on this course choose to also send colleagues on the IOSH Managing Safely training course. This ensures your organisation has the appropriate skills at both strategic and operational levels.
