Our Client Experience Department are currently looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to join their team at our fantastic offices in Aldford, Chester.
The purpose of the Service Desk Analyst role is to encourage Ellis Whittam clients in the use of our online technology platform ensuring they have the knowledge and support required to get the most from our Technology systems. This role supports our Client Experience Team in the successful embedding and adoption of Ellis Whittam’s technology into the normal working lives of our clients.
A keen sense of brilliant client service is key as this role will include gaining an understanding of each clients’ requirements and technology capabilities, and tailoring support and adoption conversations appropriately.
To join us you’ll ideally need to have:
- Good technical skills and ability to adapt/learn new IT systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Understanding of online / SaaS technology projects
- Ability to train clients on usage of systems
- Positive and proactive attitude in supporting and nurturing clients through the on-boarding experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal, to both internal and external clients
- Experience of working within a client service environment
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
If you are the successful candidate we will provide you with a salary of up to £25,000 as well as excellent benefits and other company perks.
