Our Legal team are currently looking for an Employment Law Adviser to join their team at our offices in Chester!
As an Employment Law Adviser you will be required to provide high quality, commercial and practical telephone employment law advice to our partnership clients. We provide support to employers only which means no claimant work!

To join us you’ll need to be:

  • A qualified employment lawyer with 0-3 PQE years or an adviser with two or more years practical experience as a dedicated employment/HR adviser,
  • Client focused
  • Commercially aware.

Whilst you will need to be fully competent to provide advice in the core areas of employment law, you may still developing your skills and knowledge and we can help you do this!
We can provide you with the training and development you need to progress in your career. You will be working in a large legal department with over 30 employment lawyers which provides an excellent support network for your growth and development.

If you are successful we will provide you with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, which includes 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as many other perks.
As we are not a private practice there is no billing, networking or need to bring a client base with you!
