We target employers with fixed fee, unlimited access support on issues and compliance obligations concerning employees and the work place. We are highly successful, supporting some 20,000 UK employers and recording sector leading client satisfaction and renewal rates.

Following private equity investment (from LDC, Lloyds Bank’s private equity division), we now target even higher growth and intend to double the size of our business over the next 3 years.

We have invested heavily in our Sales and Marketing capabilities, with new Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing expertise. Now we intend to recruit a highly capable, hands-on and experienced Commercial and Sales Operations Manager to join the leadership team.

The Role

The successful applicant will join the Sales and Marketing leadership team to take responsibility for pricing and sales operations. They will work closely with the rest of the leadership team to ensure that sales processes are managed, monitored and developed, that pricing policies are communicated and adhered to and that critical management information is generated to inform marketing and pricing strategies.

Key Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing and leading progress with commercial pricing and CRM and sales operations in a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, ability to understand and apply P & L impacts to pricing decisions (such as delivery costs and margins)
  • Ability to project manage large commercial delivery projects
  • Experience in administering and advising on changes to Sales Inventive schemes

The Package

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package and invited to join our Sales and Marketing leadership team. The role will be largely based from our offices near Chester (Aldford), Cheshire.
