Courageous Conversations
We all struggle from time to time to hold conversations with our colleagues, especially if we are expecting the colleague to react in a negative way.
Our Courageous Conversations training course will help you to put your feelings into context, manage or overcome your fears and plan a meaningful discussion, which will assist you in achieving your desired outcome.

Who should attend?
This one-day interactive workshop is ideal for any individuals who are looking to improve their communication style and will enable them to become more effective in meetings and/or managing relationships.
If you require additional support, our HR specialists can hold practice sessions with delegates. These sessions can be arranged for two groups of three, each having the opportunity to act as Speaker, Receiver and Observer. The consultant will act as a facilitator for the sessions, giving advice and feedback where necessary to ensure each delegate gets the most out of the training.
What will I learn?
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to describe and understand their own barriers to holding courageous conversations, have the confidence to hold courageous conversations, and use the ROCPA structure to help them achieve their desired outcome.
