Our hands-on, innovative, client focused, commercial approach is popular with our clients and we achieve industry-leading levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Our internal HR Department are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team at our fantastic office in Aldford, Chester! As a HR Manager reporting into the CEO and sitting on the ops board; you will lead a HR Team of 2 reports to provide operational and strategic support across the business.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programmes, and practices. You will have complete responsibility and accountability for the HR strategy.

To join us you’ll ideally have:

  • CIPD Qualification ( Chartered Status )
  • Experience in a HR Manager / HR Business Partner / Head of HR role or similar
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Experience in attaining the Investors in People standards.
  • Experience in Professional Services / Equity investment environment preferred.
