Our Client Experience Department are currently looking to appoint a Client Experience Coordinator to join their team at our fantastic offices in Aldford, Chester on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will have a key role in our client lifecycle by ensuring the delivery of consistent and brilliant customer service. The role will involve the smooth onboarding of clients, the effective roll out of the client portal and related Apps and co-ordinated and timely management of service delivery. You will act as the first point of contact for any client questions, concerns or issues.

To join us you’ll ideally need to have:

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Ability to talk to clients in a confident, clear and informative manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritise, schedule and manage own workload with minimal supervision whilst managing customer expectations
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM and Case Management Systems is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative

If you are a successful candidate, we will provide you with a salary of £19,000 per annum as well as excellent benefits and other company perks.
